摘要
建立和发展科研生产联合体是科技体制和经济体制同步进行改革的良好组织形式,是科技与经济紧密结合的新型体制。本文主要从分析西安精工橡胶制品厂和西北橡胶制品研究所制成科研生产联合体的基本经验出发,提出了建立和发展科研生产联合体一些必须坚持的原则和办法,回答了在当前体制改革中值得引起普遍重视的一个重要问题。
To establish and develop combinations of production units with scientificresearch institutes is a good way to carry out simultaneously the reform inscientific and technological system and in economic system.This combination is anew system which closely combines economic development with science andtechnology.The present article is based on the combination of production withscientific research by Xian Rubber Products Factory and Northwest Rubber ProductsResearch Institnte.The article has put forward some basic principles that have tobe held to,and suggested ways to establish and develop these combinations,thushaving discussed an important issue of wide concern during the present reform indifferent systems of organization
