摘要
由60名不同年龄、不同职业的消费者代表对8个主要猕猴桃品种果实的外观品质与内在品质进行了鉴评。结果表明:外观品质以丰悦最受消费者喜爱,而内在品质则以翠玉和楚红最受欢迎。影响消费者对果实外观印象的最主要因素是果实形状和果面颜色,其次为果实大小及果面茸毛多少;影响消费者对内在品质印象的最主要因素是果实风味,其次为果肉颜色和香气。
Fruit of 8 main kiwifruit cultivars were evaluated for external and internal quality by a sensory panel comprised of 60 customers of different ages and occupations. Fengyue was welcomed because of external quality while Cuiyu and Chuhong were welcomed because of internal quality. The most important factors which affected customer appeal were fruit shape and skin color, followed by fruit size and hairiness for external quality, and fruit taste followed by flesh color and aroma for internal quality.
