摘要
应用改良后的GPF发酵培养基培养的哈茨木霉T2-16菌株发酵产物,对豇豆种子进行萌发实验。通过观察处理后种子幼根分生区、伸长区和根毛区的组织切片,初步探明了T2-16发酵产物提高豇豆种子发芽势的作用机制。
The fermentation production of Trichoderma harzianum T_(2-16) produced by improved GPF formula was applied to the germination test of cowpea. T_(2-16) hastening germination mechanism to cowpea seed was initially discovered with the help of optical microscope observation paraffin cut section of radicle tissue.
