摘要
研究以荷叶和玉米须为基料,以甘草和菊花提取物为辅料加工成复方袋泡茶的生产工艺及其配方。结果表明,荷叶、玉米须的用量比例以3∶2最好,甘草和菊花提取物最佳用量分别为1 5%和2%。该配方可掩盖荷叶的苦涩味,茶汤清爽可口,具有多种保健功能。
The direction and the processing technology of a formula tea bag were studied. Lotus leaf and corn silk were used as base materials of formula tea bag in the proportion of 3∶2. 1.5 kg of Licorice extract and 2 kg chrysanthemum extract were added to per 100 kg base materials as its supplement. The formula can cover up the bitter and puckery taste. The tea tastes cool, refreshing and palatable and it may help human' health in several aspects.
