摘要
前言1958年,我国科学工作者开始了全合成牛胰岛素的工作,于1965年秋在世界上首次获得了成功。接着,1968年又组织了另一支队伍开展全合成酵母丙氨酸转移核糖核酸的研究,经过13年的努力,也于1981年完成。这两项研究的成功,使我国在生物大分子的合成领域跨进了世界的先进行列,受到了国内外科学家的高度评价和赞扬。本文试图对在我国这样一个科学比较落后、研究基础比较薄弱的条件下,怎样领导和组织完成这两项重大研究课题的决策和组织过程进行分析和探讨。
Scientific workers in China have successively accomplished the total synthesis of crystalline bovine insulin (1958-1965) and the total synthesis of yeast alanine tRNA (1968-1981), thus entering the advanced ranks of the world in the field of synthesis of biological macromolecules.The paper discusses how the work of these subjects was conducted and organized under conditions with relatively weak research basis that existed in China. An outstanding point is that in organizing the coordinated effort between different research institutes, the superiority of the socialist system was brought into full play.
