摘要
在企业进行市场决策时,“以顾客为中心”还是“以竞争者为中心”是一个不容回避的问题。现代企业通过以顾客导向为根本导向,兼顾竞争者导向,最终形成综合协调顾客、竞争者的市场导向———一种真正的经营导向。
Client-oriented or competitor-oriented is an unavoidable problem in marketing decision making for enterprises. With competitor-oriented being considered and client-oriented being the basis principle, modern enterprises should insist on the market-oriented, an aggregation of the two models.
