猫中脑“怒叫中枢”的定位与传入连接 被引量:2

摘要 本实验观察了电刺激猫中脑“怒叫中枢”引起的心电、脑电、呼吸、血压及行为变化,确定了“怒叫中枢”的组织学部位,并用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行转运方法研究了“怒叫中枢”区域的传入连接。结果表明,猫中脑“怒叫中枢”位于中脑尾侧滑车神经核水平,外侧被盖的楔状下核内,其范围局限于约1×1×1.5mm。电刺激此区可引起怒叫反应,呼吸加快,血压升高,慢性实验动物还表现出攻击或逃避行为。辣根过氧化物酶逆行转运实验结果表明,此区主要接受同侧下丘脑外侧核、后核、背内侧核、中脑中央灰质外侧部及邻近被盖区的直接投射纤维,同时也接受部分来自前脑与情绪有关脑区的纤维投射。 The present study is an attempt to further ascertain the histological locationand afferent connections of the"Groaning Center"of the cat. In 1952,by electrical stimulation of the lateral tegmental area of cats,arestricted region was found to give rise to the groaning response and itwas designated as the"Groaning Center",which on excitation would alsoproduce various viseral and motor reactions. According to our microscopic study of the position of the"GroaningCenter",we found that the pars lateralis of the nucleus subcuneiformis inthe lateral tegmental region is the focal point of the center.It lies ventrala-teral to the nucleus trochlear,medial to the lateral lemniscus and the nucleusparalemniscalis (Jasper atlas,1954),dorsal to the nucleus cuneiformis.Thiscenter extends about 1.0mm.anteroposteriorly,1.0mm.mediolaterally andabout 1.5mm.dorsoventrally.This area cheifly consists of fibers and scatteredcells of medium and small size.A cluster of larger cells has been observed inthe ventral region of the center. By HRP retrograde transport study,we found that after injection ofHRP into the center,the reactive cells were found in extensive brain areas.The labelled cells were mainly found in the ipsilateral side of the hypothala-mus,especially in the lateral and posterior nucleus of hypothalamus as wellas the dorsomedial nucleus of hypothalamus.The reactive cells were also foundin the forebrain regions,such as the cingulate gyrus,globus pallidus,zonaincerta,nucleus parafascicularis,etc. The relation between the center with vocalization and emotionalresponses is discussed.
