摘要
分析导弹营的工作特点 ,建立了导弹营量化考核综合评价指标体系。该体系是对导弹营的各项管理工作在军事、政治、后勤及装备等方面的具体分析。在综合评价指标体系建立之后 ,首先采用德尔菲法和层次分析法计算各评价目标和指标的权重 ,然后利用线性加权和法计算各个被评价对象工作绩效的总评分 ,最后采用模糊聚类分析法对评价对象工作绩效进行分类。通过算例 ,证明了此模型的正确性和实用性。
The characteristics of the missile troops are analyzed and the comprehensive evaluation system is established to examine the troops quantitatively. This system in detail analyzes the missile troops' management performance concerning military, politics, logistics and equipment. After that first the evaluated goal and factor's weighs are calculated with DELPHI and AHP, then linear weights are summed up to calculate the total score of all evaluated object's performances, The above results are classified by fuzzy cluster analysis. An example proves that the above model is correct and practical.
