对斯大林的“工业化方法论”的一些看法

Some Remarks on Stalin's "Methodology of Industrialization"

斯大林同志是一位伟大的马克思主义者。他在领导苏联人民实现工业化过程中取得了显著的成绩,为战胜德国法西斯奠定了强大的物质技术基础。这是一个巨大的历史功绩。但是斯大林关于工业化方法的理论也存在一些问题值得商榷。

Stalin’s theory that capitalist industrialization started from light industry while socialist industrialization started from heavy industry was considered and accepted as a general rule. However, the historical processes of industrialization in capitalist countries such as Germany and Japan show that the industrialization in capitalist countries did not always start from light industry; and the industrialization history of Soviet Union and China shows on the other hand that the industrialization of Socialiat countries did not always start from heavy industry. The fundamental difference between socialist industrialization and capitalist industrialization is the nature of production relations, not the priority of developing which branch of industries. The argument that the law of prior development of means of production decides that socialist countries’ industrialization should develop heavy industry first is a lopsided view of the Law itself. The law of faster growth to means of production does not rule out ,faster growth of means of subsistence over means of production in certain period, and therefore does not rule out prior development for light industry in a certain period or years.
