摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国的教师教育研究不仅着力于厘定教师角色的概念,更从社会要求、国家需要以及知识和教育的转型等外部诉求的高度对教师角色的内在要素进行描述和规划。但关于教师角色的研究尚存在理论框架松散、国家视野模糊和教师自我身份认同不明等需进一步探究的问题。
Since the 1990s our teacher educatio n research has not only focused on defining the role of teachers,but depicts and plans the inner eleme nts of a teacher' s role from the angle of social demand,country' s need and transition of knowledge and educati on.However,in the research into a te acher' s role,there are still some problems needing further exploration,i.e.l oose theoretical framework,obscur ing vision of the country and unclear self -i-dentity of teachers.
