摘要
目的观察穗花杉双黄酮和垫状卷柏双黄酮清除自由基的作用和对溶血性磷脂酰胆碱(LPC)诱导的血管内皮细胞损伤的保护。方法检测二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH)反应;培养内皮细胞,测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性与MTT比色法测定细胞活性。结果穗花杉双黄酮和垫状卷柏双黄酮能清除DPPH自由基,能显著抑制LPC所致内皮细胞LDH的泄漏,抑制LPC所致细胞活性的降低。结论穗花杉双黄酮与垫状卷柏双黄酮均能浓度依赖性地清除DPPH自由基,并能显著减轻LPC所致的ECV304细胞损伤。
Objective:To determine the activity of scavenging free radicals and protective effects of both amentoflavone and pulvinatabiflavone from S.pulvinata on damage of endothelial cells induced by lysophos-phatidylcholine(LPC).Methods:Scavenging2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH)radicals were tested,the release of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and the activity of ECV304cells were determined.Results:A-mentoflavone and pulvinatabiflavone scavenged DPPH radicals and decreased LDH release and reduced dam-ages of endothelial cells induced by LPC.Conclusions:Amentoflavone and pulvinatabiflavone can scavenge DPPH radicals and reduce damages of ECV304induced by LPC.
