门冬氨酸钾镁治疗良性室性早搏的临床研究

Clinic study of the effect of potassium-magnesium aspartate on benign premature ventricular beat

目的探讨门冬氨酸钾镁片剂对良性室性早搏的疗效及安全性。方法97例良性室性早搏病人随机分成治疗组(n =50)和对照组(n=47);治疗组予以门冬氨酸钾镁片剂2片/次,每日3次,对照组予以维生素B 110 mg/次,每日3次,共治疗2个月。结果治疗组室性早搏显著减少,自觉症状明显减轻(P < 0.01)。结论门冬氨酸钾镁片剂对良性室性早搏具有明确的疗效和较高的安全性。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of administration of potassium-magenes-sium aspartate in benign premature ventricular beat(BPVB).Methods:97patients with BPVB were divided into group A(n=50)and group B(n=47).The patients in group A were given with potassium-magenessium aspartate tate2pieces Tid,those in group B were given with VitB110mg Tid in2months.Results:The occurrence of PVB and the score of symptom were decreased significantly(P<0.01)in group A.Conclusions:Potassium-magnesium aspartate is effective and safe for BPVB.
