摘要
目的 带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨骨折的临床应用及其疗效评价。方法 1998年 8月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月用交锁钉治疗股骨、胫骨骨折 42例。其中 ,新鲜闭合性骨折 2 4例 ,开放性骨折 (Ⅰ ,Ⅱ型 ) 15例 ,陈旧性骨折3例。结果 42例均得到随访 ,平均 9个月 (3 .5～ 2 0 .0个月 ) ,骨折愈合时间平均 4个月 ,延迟愈合 3例 ,骨折未愈合 1例。结论 带锁髓内钉内固定具有防旋转、弹性固定 ,软组织损伤轻、早期负重 ,骨折愈合率高。是治疗下肢长管状骨折的一种比较理想的方法。
Objective:To study the clinical application and prevention of complication of treatment with femoral, tibial fracture with intramedullary nail with lock.Methods:To analyze retrospectively treatment of 42 patients with femoral, tibial fracture with intramedullary nail with lock from Aug 1998 to Jun 2002, among them, femoral fracture 20 cases, tibial fracture 22 cases, fresh closed fracture 24 cases, opened fracture (Ⅰ, Ⅱ type) 15 cases, old fracture 3 eases. Results: 42 cases were all followed up, average 9 months (3.5～20.0 months), average healing time of fracture 4 months, delayed healing 3 cases, no healing one case.Conclusions: Fixation with intrammedullary nail with lock is characterized by prevention of rotation, elastic fixation, flight injury of soft tissue, early burden and higher healing rate of fracture, is an ideal method of treatment of long-tubular bone fracture of lower limb.
