中国教育投资对经济增长低贡献水平的成因分析

The Causal Analysis on Low Contribution Level of Education Investment to Economic Growth

教育对经济增长发挥着越来越大的作用,这已为世界各国所公认。与世界先进水平相比,我国教育投资对经济增长的贡献水平还比较低。文章利用静态指标体系计算了我国教育投资对经济增长的贡献率与贡献度;通过建立动态回归模型进一步证明了教育投资对经济增长的贡献水平。然后从教育投资总量、教育投资结构和教育投资效益三方面详细剖析了教育投资对经济增长低贡献水平的成因。

Education is playing a more and more important role in economic growth, which has been universally recognized in the world. Compared with the advanced level of the world, the contribution level of our country's education investment to economic growth is low. By way of using the static quota system and building the dynamic regression models, this paper calculates the contribution rate and the contribution degree of our country's education investment to economic growth. Then, the paper analyses the causes of low contribution level of education investment to economic growth from three aspects: the total volume of education investment, the structure of education investment and the benefit of education investment.
