摘要
介绍了新型非均匀混合磨粒工业钢预处理线设备研制 ( 4m线 )的工作原理、结构特点及设计思路。该设备采用多元高铬钼合金抗磨铸铁材料作为制造叶片的新型材料 ,并在对抛丸器各种磨粒材料进行理论和实践研究的基础上 ,提出新型混合磨粒的使用方法 。
This paper mainly introduces the working principles, structural characteristics and designing method of developing new pretreatment (4m) line for industrial steel of nonhomogeneous mixed grinding grains. The apparatus adopts the antigrinding cast iron of luralistic chromemolybdenum alloy as new material for producing vans. And the paper also proposes the application of new mixed grindinggrains in the basis of theoretical and practical research into shot blasting, as well as varieties of grindinggrain materials, and in turn that raise labor productivity.
