实验动物的处死方法与脑内单膜类神经介质变化的关系

摘要 中枢神经介质的研究虽然只有短短二十多年的历史,但它与痛觉、情绪、睡眠与觉醒、学习和记忆有密切关系,特别是神经介质在精神活动中所起的作用引起了人们的浓厚兴趣。这已成为心理学研究领域内不可忽视的重要课题,它为脑功能的深入研究开辟了新的前景。 In this paper the brain levels of NE, DA and 5-HT in rats killed bydecapitation or by being frozen in liquid nitrogen were compared. Furthermore,the changes of these transmitters contents in the brain were determined afterthe brain was placed in a-6℃ refrigerator for 2 and 5 days after being frozenin liquid nitrogen. It was found that rio significant difference between decapita-tion and being frozen in liquid nitrogen was detected in neurotransmittercontents. But the longer the samples were placed in the refrigerator, themore loss in monoamine neurotransmitters was observed.
