相关失效结构系统可靠度的近似求解方法 被引量:5

摘要 失效相关是机械结构系统的普遍特征 ,对失效相关结构系统的可靠性分析 ,一般采用近似方法以简化计算。文中从分析相关程度对结构系统可靠度影响入手 ,在给定临界相关系数的基础上 ,按相关程度大小把各失效形式分成强相关、弱相关、中等相关三类 ,分别采用不同的近似原则 ,提出失效相关结构系统可靠度近似求解的新方法 ,对传统求解方法进行改进 ,有效提高结构系统可靠度求解的计算效率和计算精度。算例验证了方法的可行性。 Failure-dependence is a general characteristic of mechanical structure system. For the reliability analysis of failure-dependence structural system, some approximate approaches were used in order to simplify the computation. With the help of the analysis of the influence of dependency to the reliability of structural system, all failure modes were divided into three kinds which including strong dependence, weak dependence and medium dependence. For these three kinds of failure modes, three approximate principles were proposed. A novel approximate method of reliability prediction of structural system was introduced. Compared with traditional approaches, this method improved efficiency and precision of the computation. In the end, an example was given and the method was proved suitable for the practice of fieldwork.
