摘要
有隔板的圆柱形容器在实际生活中应用广泛 ,但《钢制焊接常压容器》JB T 473 5— 1997标准里没有这类结构 ,并且此结构的隔板不能用类比壁板的方法设计。文中结合某型水罐的设计 ,对有隔板容器的结构型式与各型式的特点进行分析 ,提出一种新型的筋板、加强圈、撑杆相结合的加强结构 ,此结构能显著提高结构的整体刚度 ,并且结构易于制造。
The atmospheric pressure cylindrical vessel with clapboard has been used widely and it is not recommended in the State Standard JB/T*!4735—1997 Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessel. The finite element analysis (FEA) showed that the clapboard could not designed by analogy to the wallboard. The study of types and characters of clapboard had been researched in designing a water-container. A new type strengthened structure composed of partition wall, stiffening ring and strut was proposed and the general stiffness was improved greatly. Furthermore, the structure is easy to fabricate.
