摘要
为了适应全球化竞争环境,在现有组织学习模式研究的基础上探讨了组织间的学习问题,并提出了跨国公司学习模式、供应商网络学习模式、虚拟企业学习模式等各种组织间学习模式的理论模型。
To deal with the challenge of globalization, the theoretical learning models among companies are studied based on present research of organizational learning models. Various organizational learning models are studied, such as that of the MNCs, of the supplier network and of the virtual organizations.
