摘要
《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》有利于扩大干部工作中的民主 ,有利于选准用好干部 ,有利于克服用人上的不正之风。但从《条例》颁布实施两年来的情况看 ,由于多种因素的影响 ,在干部民主推荐环节出现了一些新情况、新问题 ,必须引起各级党委及其组织人事部门的高度重视。
The Regulations on the Election and Appointment of Party and Government Officials helps a lot to improve the democracy for the increasing the number of officials, to choose the persons with better ability, and to overcome the improper practice in the appointment of officials. In the past two years of the application of The Regulations, some new problems have appeared, which must receive much attention from the Party Committees at different levels and its correspondent personnel organization.
