The implementation of 'Three Represents' Theory in ideological and political work of higher education must depends on the characteristics and special work style of a certain institution of higher education, with the purpose of training persons with ideals, morality, culture and self-discipline. It also should lay great emphasis upon the cultural cultivation and the inner unity of 'three represents' thoughts.
