论我国的就业政策与大学生就业问题

Studies on the Employment Policy and the Undergraduates' Employment in China

我国20世纪90年代以来采取了多项就业政策。当前,我国就业压力大、就业需求严重不足。因此,需要进一步分析大学毕业生供求的调节、市场就业环境的塑造、相关的高等教育体制改革、高校就业指导工作的强化和对大学生的观念教育与职业生涯指导问题。

The current paper summarizes the main content of the employment policy since 1990s, analyses the pressure of supply, the situation of 200 million surplus labor force and the serious lack of demand and discusses the serious problem of employment for the undergraduates. Based on this, the current paper further analyses the adjustment of supply and demand of undergraduates, the establishment of market employment environment, the reform of relevant education system, the enhancement of university's guidance to find a job and the idea education in university for the undergraduates.
