摘要
通过介绍绩效管理中的BSC绩效评价体系,试图为我国高水平女子举重队建立一种新型的评价体系,旨在为我国女子高水平举重队日常的训练与管理寻求一种更科学的方法与手段,从而使我国女子举重运动迈上一个新的台阶。
With the introduction to the BSC performance evaluation system in its management,it tried to establish a new type of evaluation system for the elite women weightlifting teams of China and sought a more scientific method or means of their routine training and management,so as to improve the level of women weightlifting of China.
