摘要
对1999-2002年"李宁杯"全国少年儿童体操比赛男子运动员跳马落地稳定性进行分析、研究,以期了解运动员的心理定势现状,发现问题,找出对策,供今后的训练实践参考。
This paper makes an analysis and research on the horse-vaulting landing steadiness of men's gymnasts during the 1999-2002 'Li Ning Cup'National Juvenile Gymnastics Championships.Its purpose is to find out the present mental orientation of gymnasts,trace the problems,work out the strategies and provide reference for the future training practice.
