随着竞技体育的市场化、产业化,竞技体育中出现了一些违反体育规则甚至触犯法律的行为,因此,竞技体育领域需要司法介入。司法介入竞技体育领域包括理论法规、观念意识、执行程序三个层次。司法介入的时机是有证据证明有犯罪事实;司法介入有群众举报、体育行政机关移送、司法机关主动审查三个途径。
