'Woman in love' is a masterpiece of British novelist Laurence.In the novel,Laurence have great originality to use the creative method of combining fiction and myth prototype,arranges the plot development,maps complex psychology and personality of characters.The paper combines with Dionysus in Greek mythology and Loki in Norse mythology to analyze the main characters in the works,found that Laurence through the general symbolic meaning of mythical characters to suggest novel character's destiny,to show the gifted writer's unique writing style.
