摘要
高校学生干部是学生中先进分子的代表,在学生管理工作和思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用。本文作者结合多年的共青团工作经验,对高校学生干部队伍的建设谈了几点看法。
The college student cadres are students in advanced representation of the molecule,plays an important role in management and ideological and political education.In this paper,the author combines with many years of experience in the work of the Communist Youth League,the university student cadre troop construction talks about a few view.
