关于职业素质的拓展与训练是高职学生成功就业的保证的几点思考

On the development and training of occupation quality is the guarantee of successful employment of higher vocational students

职业基本素质包括敬业爱岗、踏实肯干等职业道德和习惯的养成。一名合格的德才兼备的学生,除了具备娴熟的专业技能,还应当具备良好的职业素质。通过分析当前高职学生职业素质存在的问题,面向市场,以就业为目标,提出拓展和训练学生的职业素质的必要性,并提出了以就业为导向,拓展与训练学生的职业素质的几点建议。

The basic quality of occupation includes the training of occupation morals and habits.A qualified student who has both ability and political integrity,in addition of professional skills,also should have good occupation quality.This paper through the analysis of the problems in current higher vocational students' occupation quality,face the market,take the employment as the goal,put forward the necessity of the development and training students' occupation quality,and proposes several suggestions that takes the employment as the orientation,to develop and train the students' occupation quality.
