高职房地产专业实践教学初探

Real estate professional practice teaching of higher vocational education

房地产专业具有很强的实践性,传统的实践教学模式不符合社会对房地产人才的需求。针对当前房地产人才培养过程中实践教学的缺点和不足,提出重新定位实践教学目标,整合实践教学内容,以案例教学、项目教学及模拟教学等教学方法,健全实践教学的保障体系,提高房地产人才培养的教学质量,提升学生就业竞争力。

The real estate profession has very strong practicality,the traditional teaching mode of practice does not accord with the demand of real estate community talent.This article in view of the shortcomings and deficiencies of the practice teaching in the process of cultivating of real estate talents,proposes the practice teaching goal of re-positioning,integrate practice teaching content,case teaching,project teaching and simulation teaching,to improve the security system of practice teaching,improve the teaching quality of real estate talent training,enhances students' employment competitiveness.
