In recent years,the employment problem of college students has been widespread concern in the community.The article discusses the situation of college students’ employment in backward area in our country,designs to provide effective thinking and suggestion to obtain employment of students in backward area,to facilitate the formation of innovative pattern of students’ employment in backward area.
