高校青年体育教师职后培训的现状及发展对策研究

The present situation and development countermeasure of young sport teachers’training

体育作为学校的基础教学科目之一,承担着学生体质健康的提高与学生终身体育思想的构建等方面的艰巨任务,所以体育教师的培养应该受到学校的重视。笔者结合国内外学术界的研究现状,从理论与实践调查两方面对高校青年体育教师职后继续教育的问题进行全面的分析和探讨。

The sports as one of the subjects in the teaching,assuming the task of the enhancement of students’ physique health and construction of students’ lifelong PE thought,so the cultivation of physical education teachers should be paid attention of schools.The author unifies the domestic and foreign academic research,from theory and practical survey to analyze and discuss the in-service continuing education of young physical education teachers.
