Research on the Construction of Elderly Care Service Quality Evaluation Index System Based on Standardization

通过分析养老服务质量评价研究进展与不足,提出以标准化视角,结合广东养老服务业标准化工作情况,按照养老服务类别,初步搭建养老服务质量评价指标体系框架,研究构建了基于标准化的养老服务质量评价指标体系,为养老服务质量评价和相关标准制定提供有益借鉴。

Through analyzing the research process and deficiency of elderly services quality evaluation, the paper puts forward the construction of the aged service quality evaluation index system from the perspective of standardization, combined with the status quo of the aged service standardization in Guangdong. In accordance with the elderly services category, the paper initially sets up the aged service quality evaluation system framework and constructs the aged service quality evaluation index system based on standardization, providing useful references for the old-age service quality evaluation and the development of relevant standards.
