Construction of quality credit system is an important part of social credit system. Implementing enterprise quality credit management is the core content of advancing quality credit system construction. By analyzing the application object, main content, quality promise and implementing requirement of the standard, the working foundation and general requirement of implementing national standard about 'Implement specifications for enterprise quality trustworthiness management' were been determined. The overall technical framework and support were been provided for establishing enterprise quality trustworthiness management mechanism and implementing enterprise quality trustworthiness management effectively.
