摘要
校长团队领导力的核心是激励。准确理解需求理论、双因素理论、期望理论、目标理论等一系列激励理论概念,遵循公平、坚持和系统原则,正确实施物质激励与精神激励、及时激励与目标激励、正面激励与负面激励、个体激励与团队激励相结合的方式,必将促进校长团队领导力的提升。
The key of the principal team’s leadership is the incentive,it requires to have an accurate understanding of a se-ries of incentive theory concepts such as:the demand theory,two-factor theory,expectancy theory,goal theory and etc. To follow the principles of fairness,persistence and systems,choose properly from material incentives and spiritual incentives,use the timely incentive and target incentive method,and the positive incentives and negative incentives way,as well as the combina-tion of individual motivation and team motivation. It will certainly to promote the leadership of the principal team.
