摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂合成具有优良性能的增塑剂二甘醇二苯甲酸酯(DEDB).通过实验确定了合成DEDB的适宜工艺条件:二甘醇1mol,苯甲酸2.1mol,钛酸四丁酯3.2g,反应时间4h,反应温度190℃,在此条件下产率可达98.5%以上.
The synthetic method of an excellent plasticizer- DEDB is introduced by using catalyst butyl titanate.The suitable conditions are as follows:diethylene glycol 1mol;benzoic acid 2.1 mol;butyl titanate 3.2 g;reaction time 4 h;reaction temperature 190 ℃.The yield of diethylene glycol dibenzoate is above 98.5%.
