摘要
利用化学沉淀法制备了γ Al2O3纳米微粒.借助于X射线衍射仪等,对其结构等进行了表征,对其制备过程中的影响因素做了比较详细的分析.结果表明选择适当的反应物浓度、煅烧温度及利用分散剂的表面保护,能有效阻止产物团聚,控制纳米微粒的形状和尺寸.
Synthesis of gamma nano-alumina by precipitation method using aluminum nitrate and ammonia hydrate as the staring materials was investigated.The structure,crystal type and surface state were characterized by means of physical techniques.The results show that the shapes and sizes of nanoparticles can be controlled and modified by proper calcination temperature,material concentration and addition of proper amount of PEG.
