甘蔗纤维应力松弛研究

Stress relaxation studies in sugar cane fibers

针对分别命名为CO86032、COM265、COC671和COVSI9805的4种甘蔗纤维进行应力松弛性能研究,每个品种选择3个成熟度(即12、13及14个月).分别测试甘蔗纤维在各自断裂伸长率的50％时的应力松弛性能,发现所有纤维的松弛率在27％～ 50％之间变化.COM265、COC671和COVSI9805的松弛时间常数τ几乎是CO86032的一半,这表明CO86032品种具有低松弛性.

The stress relaxation studies for 4 different varieties of sugar cane,namely CO86032,COM265,COC671and COVSI9805 with 3 levels of maturity,namely 12,13 and 14 months for each variety,were carried out.The experiment was conducted at 50% of the average breaking extension of the sugar cane fibers. It is observed that the relaxation level for all the cases range between 27% ~ 50%. The relaxation constant τ for COM265,COC671 and COVSI9805 varieties is almost half the value,compared to the CO86032,indicating that the relaxation is slow in case of CO86032 variety.
