摘要
通过对空气变形纱生产过程中的喷嘴超喂率、稳定化加热器温度及稳定欠喂率的优化,以生产膨松性更高、丝圈稳定性更好的聚丙烯(PP)空气变形纱。为优化上述工艺参数,PP复丝在不同的喷嘴超喂率、稳定化加热器温度及稳定欠喂率下进行喷气变形处理,并就PP空气变形纱的丝圈频率、外形膨松度、丝圈稳定性及变形纱拉伸性能进行测试。结果显示:喷嘴超喂率和稳定化加热器温度越高,生产出的PP空气变形纱外形膨松度越高、丝圈稳定性越好。考虑到PP空气变形纱的强度和伸长率,还对稳定化加热器的温度进行了优化。稳定欠喂率不会影响到PP空气变形纱的外形膨松性和丝圈稳定性。
Overfeed to jet,stabilizing heater temperature and stabilizing underfeed of air-jet texturing process were optimized for the production of PP air-textured yarns with higher bulk and good loops stability. In order to optimize these process parameters,PP multifilament yarns were air-textured at different overfeed to jet,stabilizing heater temperature and stabilizing underfeed. The air-jet textured yarns were tested for loop frequency,physical bulk,loop stability and tensile properties. The results revealed that higher overfeed to jet and higher stabilizing heater temperatures can produce PP with higher bulk and good loop stability. Stabilizing heater temperatures must also be optimized considering strength and elongation of air-textured yarns. Stabilizing underfeed does not affect bulk and loops stability of PP textured yarns.
