摘要 中性点不接地配电网单相接地故障时,由于没有直接的接地回路,零序电流很小,主要由线路的对地电容电流和消弧线圈的电感电流构成,故障的特征量小,检测困难,故中性点非有效接地系统的单相接地故障定位问题一直是困扰着配电部门的一个难题。本文针对中性点不接地配电网单相接地故障的在线检测与故障定位问题,提出了基于零序电流同步相量的在线故障定位方法,提出了该方法的实用判据。 When single line-to-ground fault occurs in neutral point non-ground system,there is no direct current loop to the ground,and the zero sequence current phasor that composed of line capacitance current to the ground or inductor current of arc suppression coil is very little.The fault is difficult to detect because the fault feature is not obvious.So fault location of single line-to-ground fault has been puzzling the power supply department for long time.In order to solve the problem of on-line location of single line-to-ground fault in neutral point non-ground system,the paper proposes a zero sequence current phasor method for on-line fault location,and puts forward this method's practical criterion.
