摘要
通过介绍某电厂600MW超临界双背压凝汽式机组凝汽器发生上翘变形的事故,表明凝汽器具有较强的弹性变形能力,说明在进出凝汽器的循环水立管上可不设补偿器,而依靠凝汽器的微小变形吸收热位移。将另一电厂2台300MW凝汽式机组的凝汽器循环水管道设计改为无补偿器设计,实践证明此设计安全可行。
Through analyzing condenser deformation of 600MW supercritical power plant with double back pressure condenser,it shows that condenser has a strong elastic deformation and demonstrates that the theory of condenser circulating water riser without compensator is that micro deformation can absorb heat displacement.The design of condenser circulating water pipe without compensator is applied to a 300MW power plant and is proved feasible and safe.
