中国建筑发展的新思路——以西方现代建筑发展史为鉴

New ideas of Chinese architecture development——learning from the history of western modern architecture

中国的快速城市化带来了诸多问题,病态的城市与建筑是其集中表现。为克服这些问题,本文探讨了如何借鉴西方现代建筑思想,构建适合中国国情的建筑观。提出了中国建筑发展的新思路,即要植根于本国现实,回归现代主义建筑理论的功能理性与经济理性,同时把地域建筑文化与可持续发展思想相结合,进而实现城市与建筑的持续健康发展。

Rapid urbanization in China has brought many problems,among which limitless expanding cities and sick buildings are the worst.To solve these problems,this paper discusses how to build the proper architectural concept that suits the national situation in China by learning from the history of western modern architecture development.Some new ideas are suggested to develop sustainable cities and healthy architecture in China.Corresponding to the present national situation in China,these ideas include returning to functional rationality and economic rationality of Modern Architecture theory,combining the regional culture with architectural designs and developing green buildings to meet the requirements of sustainable development.
