摘要
我们知道,大部分影响建筑物能耗性能的设计决策都是由建筑师在设计的初期阶段决定的,在此阶段能够对建筑的能耗性能进行一个快速直观可靠的评估是非常重要的。BIM技术就可以向建筑师提供可靠的建筑设计能耗分析,BIM技术创建的虚拟建筑模型包含了建筑的所有信息,将模型导入建筑能耗分析软件中,可以自动的识别、转换并分析模型中包含的大量建筑数据信息,从而方便快捷的得到建筑能耗分析结果,给我们的方案设计提供参考和指导。
We know that most af ect building energy consumption performance design decisions are determined by the architects in the early stages of the design,it is very important to have a intuitive reliable evaluation of Energy performance of buildings at this stage .BIM technology can provide reliable analysis of energy consumption to the architects, it also can create virtual architectural model contains al the information of the buildings. When this virtual building model imported to the building energy consumption analysis software, a large number of construction data information of the model can automatical y be identified, transformed and analyzed, it is so convenient to get the building energy consumption analysis results that can provide the reference and guidance to our designs.
