基于城市形态塑造的住区支路网系统设计

THE SYSTEMIC DESIGN OF RESIDENTIAL BRANCH ROAD NETWORK BASED ON THE SHAPING OF URBAN FORM

本文剖析了支路网规划设计在城市空间形态塑造中的重要作用,认为要想塑造宜人的住区环境,必须重视支路形态对街区、开发单元乃至居住建筑形态的影响。在归纳了支路网设计的四个关键形态要素:密度、方向、宽度与几何构型后,本文从当代中国城市新区的几个常见问题入手,分析其发生作用的机制,并结合城市设计实践提出相应的设计方法建议。

In this article, the importance of branch road network planning in the shaping of urban form is revealed. It is considered that the infl uence of branch road form to the morphology of blocks, development units and buildings values in the creating of pleasant residential environment. After inducing four key elements in the planning of branch road network, which are density, orientation, width and geometric confi guration, several common problems in Chinese new urban districts were presented. The reason and mechanism were analyzed. Furthermore, design methods were proposed with examples of effective urban design projects.
