乡村旅游综合体导向下的新农村规划探讨——以罗田县三里畈镇黄岗庙中心村为例

A Study on the New Rural Planning oriented by Rural Tourism Complex——Take Huang Gang Miao Center village,three li Fan town,Luotian County as an example

本文从政府关注点和新农村建设现状入手,对空间体系规划、产业结构调整和居民点建设等方面进行分析,探讨了乡村旅游综合体导向下新农村规划的新途径,以实现单一旅游项目开发向内容丰富、空间集聚、效益综合的乡村旅游集聚区建设的转变。然后提出新农村规划应以人为本、继承乡村整体意象、多产业联合发展,以实现可持续发展,解决"三农"问题。

Beginning from the government concerns and the present situation of new rural construction, this paper analyzes the spatial system planning, the industrial reconstruction,residential construction and so on, exploring the new way of rural planning oriented by the rural tourism complex,in order to achieve the transformation from a single tourism project development to the rich content, spatial agglomeration, comprehensive rural tourism cluster construction. Then, it proposes the new rural planning should be peopleoriented, inherit rural overall image, joint multi-industry development, to realize the sustainable development of rural areas and solve the Three Rural Issues.
