Research on Elderly Adapting Community Design Based on Questionnaire Survey

在人口老龄化的今天,居家养老是符合我国国情的主要养老方式,如何满足居家养老环境条件则是设计人员潜心思考的重点。本文以老年人生活状况实态调研为基础,分析了目前存在于老年人生活中的矛盾,体现为出行需要与行动能力的矛盾、活动需求与社区现状的矛盾、居家养老与生活能力的矛盾,并针对社区环境、居家养老存在的问题,提出了适老性社区设计规划方向的建议,要合理设置配套设施、合理配置活动场地、引入社区养老服务。

Today with the population aging, the house dominates retirement life services according with our national conditions. Designers must consider how to improve the environmental conditions of home care. Based on the real state survey of the elderly living conditions, the paper analyzes the current contradictions existing in the elderly life including which include three points, the contradiction between the elderly travel needs and their week abilities to move, the contradiction between the communication demands and the poor status of community facilities, the contradiction between house retirement and lower living abilities. In view of the problems existing in community environment and home pension, the paper puts forward three community design suggestions, such as set ing up reasonable community facilities, al ocating configuration sites rational y and integrating community retirement service.
