摘要
跨国公司为了实现其全球战略意图 ,增强公司的全球竞争力 ,将生产制造、研发和运营销售与其全球网络接轨 ,实现一体化运营。研发活动的国际化和全球化 ,是跨国公司全球化战略和全球价值链的重要组成部分。本文详细阐述了跨国公司R&D全球化的现状和趋势 ,分析了中国面临R&D全球化的挑战和机遇 。
In order to realize their global strategic objectives and strengthen competitiveness in global scale, it is a trend that multinational companies link with manufacturing, R&D and marketing activities into global networks to integrated operation. In this, globalization of R&D activities becomes one of the main components of the multinational companies' global strategies and their global value chain. On the base of detailed analysis of the current situation and globalization trend of R&D activities of the multinational companies and, overall, challenges and opportunities to China, this paper puts forward several policy strategies for China in this regard.
