高等中医院校科研管理信息化建设的现状与思考--以浙江中医药大学为例

Status and Thoughts on Chinese Medical College Research Management Information Construction--Take Zhejiang Chinese Medical University as an example

文章分析高等中医院校科研管理信息化现状，结合浙江中医药大学的现状，总结目前存在的问题，提出相应的对策。目前，二级管理水平较低，科研管理系统与人事、财务等系统的对接尚未完善，附属医院与学校联系不足，系统可靠性和安全性不足等问题制约着我校的科研管理信息化发展。为解决这些问题，应进一步完善管理，加强系统安全性。高等中医院校科研管理信息化水平研究，分析制约发展的原因，对提高科研管理信息化水平具有重要意义。

Analysis of Research Management Information Status in higher TCM colleges, combined with the status quo of Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang University, summed up the current problems, propose appropriate countermeasures. Currently, the lower secondary level of management, research management system and docking personnel, financial and other systems are not yet perfect, Affiliated Hospital of insufficient contact with the school, system reliability, and security issues such as restricting the lack of research manage-ment information development of our school. To solve these problems, should further improve management, strengthen system secur-ity. Research management information level Chinese institutions of higher studies;analyze the reasons for restricting the development of information technology to improve the scientific management level of significance.
