地方工科院校创新创业人才培养新途径的探索

The Exploration of New Ways to Cultivate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Local Engineering Colleges

本文就地方工科院校大学生创新创业教育中存在的问题，结合笔者的学校提出加强对学生创新意识培养，加强师资建设，建立校内外创业基地，合理利用校友资源等创新创业人才培养的新途径，有效推动了创新创业人才的培养，为学生日后走向社会打下基础。

Aiming at the problems that exist in college students' innovative entrepreneurial education of local engin-eering college, this paper put forward new ways, such as, strengthening the cultivation of students' innovative con-sciousness and the construction of teachers, setting up a base inside and rational utilization of alumni resources, which effectively promoted the cultivation of the innovative entrepreneurial talent and lay the foundation for the students to society in the future.
