Pharmacy Innovative Talents Training System Research under the New Medical Reform Environment

目的：探索构建适应新医改形势的药学创新型人才培养体系；方法：根据新医改要求及药学创新型人才的培养及教学特点，结合作者近年来的教育教学改革和实践探索，阐述了构建适应新医改形势的药学创新人才培养体系的构想的可行性；结果：经过多年实践探索，形成了以创新思想、创新技能为核心，从药学学科主要骨干课程设计、药学各课程教学教学体系改革、药学课内外实践教学环节设计、高年级阶段的创新教学单元设计和适应“新医改”形势的教育教学管理体系的建立等五个方面，并引入“PBL（问题式）”教学新模式，取得了较好的成效；结论：探索建立了适应新医改形势的药学创新人才培养体系，形成一条具较强可操作性的药学创新人才的培养之路。

Object:To discover a novel route to the innovative pharmaceutical talents cultivation system under the circum-stances of the new medical reform. Methods:In this paper, we studied the innovative pharmaceutical talents cultivation under the circumstances of the new medical reform according to the recent research experiences of the authors. Results:The study take innovation idea, innovation thought and innovation ability as the core points of this study, five important parts including key under-graduate courses designing, teaching system reforming, practice teaching designing, multi-mode designing of pro-fessional education and teaching system management as the skeleton of the research. Meanwhile, problem-based learning methods were also induced to this research. Conclusion:we discover a novel route to the innovative pharmaceutical talents cultivation system under the circumstances of the new medical reform.
