本文是研究高职高专学生在坚持顶岗实习的情况下，如何完成PLC与电机控制技术课程计划和课程标准，通过校企合作项目重新制定专业人才培养方案。课程覆盖了可编程控制器的原理、应用及WinCC组态软件与Profibus现场总线的通信。创新性提出“DL（Doing by Learning）”即为“工作式学习”模式。设计教学及生产一体的汽车生产实训工作台，使课程标准化、模块化。实现专业与产业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接的教育教学研究方法。实现学习为工作服务的校企合作的运行机制。

This paper is the study of vocational students at the insistence of internships, how to complete the"PLC and motor control technology"lesson plans and curriculum standards, professional training programs re-enacted by school-enterprise cooperation pro-jects. The course covers the principles of programmable controllers, communications applications and WinCC configuration software and profibus fieldbus. Innovative proposed"DL (Doing by Learning)"is the"work-based learning"mode. Teaching design and pro-duction of integrated automobile production training table make the curriculum standardization, modularity. Achieve professional and industrial docking, docking curriculum and professional standards, the teaching process and the production process of education and teaching methods butt. Achieve the service for working running school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms.
